I'm 36 years old and married to my best friend, Steve.  Savannah is our 13 year old daughter.

I grew up in West Texas climbing trees, hunting frogs, fishing and riding dirt bikes... a tomboy in every sense of the word.  According to my dad, I didn’t even know I was a girl until I turned 17.  He’s right.  I was always much more comfortable playing football with the boys than standing on the sidelines cheering with the girls!  I was very athletic throughout my early childhood, but in junior high and high school, sports gave way to other activities such as choir and drama.

After my daughter was born I gained a lot of weight!  I let myself fall under the assumption that my body could never be the same.  I was depressed and constantly plagued with aches and pains. Headaches were a daily companion. It was overwhelming!  For years I went through that old familiar cycle of losing weight just to gain it back.
Then I found the ability to affect a permanent change.  And I found it in my relationship with Jesus Christ.  The learning experience was incredible.  God showed me what it means to be a three part being - Body, Soul, and Spirit - and that the key to changing the body is by renewing the spirit and restoring the soul.  The body will then more naturally fall into proper order.  If it sounds simple, that's because it is!  Since 2001, I have been teaching in living rooms, classrooms, and seminars across the country!  The course is called "Renewing the Spirit, Restoring the Soul, and Reconstructing the Body"... and the effects on women have been dramatic!

This simple concept literally saved my life.

When I decided to compete in the fitness arena, it was a decision based on my desire to help other women finally overcome those mental and emotional obstacles that are holding them back.

Then I carried the same determination into the business arena and have had enormous financial success there.

Today, sharing what I know with women everywhere, is my passion.  I am exactly where I am supposed to be.
